Green Juice ✨

A refreshing, energizing drink packed with nutrients and just the right touch of sweetness.

Ingredients (makes about 1/2 gallon):

  • 2 large cucumber

  • 5 green apples (Granny Smith works best)

  • 2 cups fresh spinach (a couple of handfuls)

  • 5 celery stalks

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • ½ cup water (optional, for blending)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all your produce. Cut the cucumber, apples, and celery into chunks.

  2. Juicer method: Run everything through your juicer and stir well & strain pulp.

  3. Blender method: Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender with ½ cup water. Blend until smooth, then strain through a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer for a lighter juice.

  4. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.

Tip: If you want it sweeter, add more pineapple. If you love extra zing, toss in more ginger.
